MUSK PUMPKIN TORTILLA, FRESH VEGETABLE

ingredients
  

  • 300 grams Musk squash
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • Black pepper
  • BBQ Sauce
  • 1 bag YesbutFoods Vegenugget
  • 200 grams Fresh vegetables striped
  • Black pepper
  • Finger salt
  • Chilli
  • 1 Pcs Paprika sliced

Serving

  • 4 Pcs Tortilla
  • Sour cream
  • Coriander

How to cook
 

  • Peel off the pumpkin and concafle the seeds. Add oil, salt, black pepper and bbq sauce to the cubes. Mix well and roast in the oven at 250 degrees for about 15minutes.  Crush the ripe pumpkin cubes a little.
  • Fry the nuggets in a frying pan and transfer to a bowl to wait. Fry the sliced vegetables in a pan in the oil for about two minutes, while the until are hot and season.
  • Heat the tortillas and serve with the sour cream. Finally, garnish with shredded coriander.
