Parsley mayonnaise

  • 1 Dl Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0,5 Dl Chopped fresh leaf parsley

Roots sauce

  • 200 grams Carrots
  • 0,5 Pcs Red onion chopped
  • 2 Pcs Chopped fresh chilli
  • 0,5 Dl Chopped coriander
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Light balsamico
  • 0,5 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar


  • 2 Pcs Baguette
  • Lettuce leaves

How to cook

  • Prepare the roots in. Peel the carrots and onions and cut them into small cubes.Finely choppep in the chilli and coriander. Add the oil, balsamico and spices.Mix well and let season for a while in the cold.
  • Preheat the nuggets until crispy in the oven at 200 degrees.
  • Split the pieces of baguet and toast the cutting surfaces until crispy in a hot frying pan. Aothe the baguet halves with parsley mayonnaise. Fill the baguettes with salad, nuggets and root sings.
