  • 4 Pcs Thai Chilli
  • 4 Pcs Garlic clove
  • 1,5 Dl Water
  • 0,75 Dl Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Corn starch
  • 0,5 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 bag Yesbutfoods Vegenugget

How to cook

  • Split the chillies and remove the seeds and chop. Peel the cloves of garlic.
  • Put the chillies, garlic and water in a blender and puree. Pour the puree into a saucepan, add the sugar, salt and corn starch. Stir and cook over low heat for about five minutes. Serve as a warm or cold sauce with vegenuggets.
